Bookinghook is booking software for a site you already have. Basic is €15 or $15 a month when billed yearly. That price covers one to five properties, and Bookinghook does not add a commission on the booking.

Where Lodgify is the better fit

You do not have a website yet, and you want templates and a builder in the same subscription. That starts on Starter.
You want nightly prices adjusted for demand. Dynamic pricing is free for three months on Basic and Starter, and included on Professional and Ultimate.
You want the site listed on Google Vacation Rentals. Lodgify includes that on Professional.
You want to try it without a card. The trial is 7 days.

Where Bookinghook is the better fit

The website is already yours. Guests book on your page or through a widget, and you keep the design.
You have more than one property and want the price to stay the same up to five.

Is Bookinghook cheaper than Lodgify?

For one property on a yearly plan, Lodgify Basic is $14 a month and Bookinghook Basic is €15 or $15 a month. Lodgify Basic does not include the website builder. Bookinghook Professional, with online payments and the channel manager, is €40 or $40 a month and stays that price up to five properties. Lodgify’s price changes with the plan and the number of properties. Compare the current figures on both pricing pages.

Does Lodgify charge commission?

Lodgify’s pricing page says there is a 0% booking fee, and a 1% transaction fee on online payments through a gateway such as Stripe or PayPal. The gateway charges its own fee as well. Payments you collect manually have no Lodgify fee. As of 31 October 2026.

Does Bookinghook charge commission?

No. Bookinghook does not add a commission on the booking. Online payments go through Stripe or Mollie, at their usual rate, from the Professional plan.

Can I use Bookinghook if Lodgify is building my website?

Bookinghook does not replace a website builder. If the Lodgify site is the reason you use it, stay. If you already have a site and want the booking page, the widget and a flat price up to five properties, Bookinghook is the closer fit.
