Free Booking Link QR Code Generator

Turn your direct booking page or Airbnb listing link into a QR code for flyers, welcome cards and signs. Add a logo and UTM tracking. Free, runs in your browser.

How to make a QR code for your booking link

  1. Paste the link you want guests to open: your direct booking page, your Airbnb or Booking.com listing, or your guidebook. If you forget the https://, we add it.
  2. Optional: open Track scans and fill in a source, medium and campaign, so you can see which flyer or card brings in visits.
  3. Pick colours, add your logo if you like, and type the short line that should appear under the code.
  4. Download the PNG for documents and social posts, the SVG for professional printing, or print the sign straight from your browser.

Where hosts use a booking QR code

  • Welcome cards and fridge magnets. Past guests can rebook or share the link with friends without searching for you.
  • Business cards and flyers. Handy at local markets, wedding venues, tourist offices and partner shops.
  • Window or gate signage. Passers-by who ask about availability can check dates on the spot.
  • Guidebook and house manual. Link to your direct booking page next to the "come back soon" note.

Tips for a code that scans every time

  • Keep a dark code on a light background. Low contrast or inverted colours are the most common reason a code fails.
  • Print it at least 2 x 2 cm, larger if people scan from a distance. Leave the blank border around the code intact.
  • If you add a logo, we switch to the highest error correction level automatically and keep the logo small. Still, test the final print with two different phones.
  • Use the SVG for large prints: it stays sharp at any size.
  • Short links make simpler codes that scan faster. A clean link to your direct booking page beats a long search URL.

About tracking tags

UTM tags are small additions to a link, such as utm_source=flyer. Tools like Google Analytics read them and show where visits came from. Use lowercase, keep names consistent, and use a different campaign name per print run. A QR code to a platform such as Airbnb does not give you the platform's analytics, so tags mostly help with your own website.

This generator runs completely in your browser. Your link and logo are never uploaded or stored, and nothing is sent to us.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I make a QR code for my Airbnb listing?
Yes. Paste the link to your Airbnb, Booking.com or direct booking page and the code opens that page when scanned. Any web address works.
Does the QR code expire?
No. The code simply contains your link, so it works for as long as that page exists. If the link changes, you need a new code.
How can I see how many people scan my QR code?
Switch on Track scans and add a source, medium and campaign. Visits then show up with those labels in your website analytics, such as Google Analytics.
Is my link sent to your servers?
No. The code and any logo you add are created entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded or stored.
